Lt. Gov. Francis Urges Public to Renew Registered Tradename
Lieutenant Governor Gregory R. Francis strongly encourages all holders of trade name certificates to satisfy the renewal provisions of Chapter 21, Section 1213, Title 11 of the Virgin Islands Code which requires such holders to file an application of renewal every two years and to pay a fee of $50 to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Failure to do so could cause a trade name to become available to anyone who files for it and pays the required registration fee.
