Lieutenant Governor Gregory R. Francis is out of the territory while he attends the Annual Meeting of the National Lieutenant Governors Association (NLGA) in Buffalo, New York.  The conference will host elected officials from throughout the U.S. mainland and territories from July 23-26, 2008.

Participation in NLGA provides members the opportunity to network, foster interstate cooperation and share best practices.  While at the meeting, Lt. Governor Francis will participate in workshops covering topics including reinvigoration of urban centers, wind energy, solutions to housing and foreclosures and waterfront development.
