Lt. Governor Gregory Francis Extends Condolences to the All Saints Cathedral Family
Lieutenant Governor Gregory R. Francis expressed condolences to the family, friends and members of the All Saints Cathedral Church community as they mourn the sudden passing of the Reverend Thomas W. Gibbs, III.
“For over fifty years, Dean Gibbs has been part of the fabric of the Virgin Islands community,” said Lt. Governor Francis. “He played a significant role in nurturing our people, whether through faith and spirituality at the All Saints Cathedral Church or discipline and education at the All Saints Episcopal School. We are all the better for his thoughtful leadership and guidance.”
