Real Property Owners on St. John are Advised to Visit the Tax Assessors Office on St. John to Establish an Installment Agreement

 

Lieutenant Governor Osbert Potter advises all real property owners on St. John that a representative of the Division of Tax Collection will be at the Tax Assessor Office at the Islandia Building on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 from 10:00 A.M – 2:00 P.M. to accept applications for those who wish to establish an installment agreement with the Government of the Virgin Islands.

 

For those real property owners who have not been receiving their property tax bill, it is important to contact the Tax Assessor Office to update their address. Payment location are as follows:

 

St. John:           Islandia Building

St. Thomas:      Builders Emporium
St. Croix:         1105 King Street (Government House, Christiansted)

1131 King Street, Suite #101 (Christiansted)
4008 Est. Diamond (Dept. of Finance, Sunny Isles)
Lagoon Street Commercial Building No. 1 (Frederiksted)
