Telephone Problems Affecting Service at Banking and Insurance Division’s St. Thomas Office
Banking and Insurance Director, John D. McDonald, wishes to inform the general public that the St. Thomas Office of the Division of Banking and Insurance is experiencing problems with its telephone voicemail system, which are affecting the staff’s ability to respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
The Division of Banking and Insurance has notified the vendor and they are working to resolve the problem. The Division of Banking and Insurance regrets any inconvenience that may be caused.
